  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20.00 – Perfect for when a new wave drops and you need your models secured and delivered instantly before the weekend.

  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10.00 – Our most balanced and popular choice for regular additions to your growing collection.

  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy premium model toys with zero shipping costs on qualifying orders.

How do you protect the product boxes during shipping? We know that a damaged box ruins the value of a collectible. That’s why we apply the "Collector’s Shield" policy: every Raventis order is bubble-wrapped extensively and placed inside heavy-duty, double-walled shipping boxes with ample packing peanuts to ensure your item arrives in mint condition.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a secure tracking number so you can monitor your Raventis delivery every step of the way.

Product & Authenticity

Are your model toys and figures authentic? Yes, 100%. Authenticity is our non-negotiable core value. Raventis strictly sources products directly from licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors, guaranteeing you receive genuine, premium collectibles.

Do these models require assembly or painting? It depends on the product category! We carry both Pre-assembled Figures (ready for immediate display) and Model Kits (which require assembly). Please check the "Product Specifications" section on each product page for detailed information regarding assembly and tool requirements.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to be entirely satisfied with your haul. We accept returns on completely unopened, factory-sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of our items, we cannot accept returns once the manufacturer's tape or plastic seal has been cut or altered.
